A landlord certificate is detailed and checks the safety within a property.  It is not only a legal requirement for a property to be checked once per year but it is essential to make sure the property and its inhabitants are safe.  We carry out checks to make sure there are no gas leaks and we make sure that all appliances within the property are working safely.
